To save on iPad, touch the image and hold your finger until it says "Save Image" contextually appears. Navigate to your Photos on your iPad, find the image, touch the box-arrow icon next to the trash can, select "Use as Wallpaper", and either select "Set Lock Screen", "Set Home Screen" or "Set Both."
